Trail Agent Terms and Conditions
By registering for a Trail Agent account, you agree to the following terms:
1. Volunteer Status
Trail Agent activities are performed on a volunteer basis. You are not an employee of RFMBA or any affiliated organization.
2. Safety and Responsibility
You agree to:
- Follow all posted trail rules and regulations
- Use appropriate safety equipment when performing trail work
- Work within your skill level and training
- Report any injuries or incidents promptly
3. Accurate Reporting
You agree to submit accurate and truthful reports about trail conditions and volunteer work performed.
4. Photo and Content Usage
By uploading photos and content to Trail Agent, you grant RFMBA permission to use these materials for trail management, reporting, and promotional purposes.
5. Privacy
Your personal information will be used solely for Trail Agent program administration. We will not sell or share your information with third parties except as required for program operations.
6. Code of Conduct
You agree to treat fellow volunteers, trail users, and land managers with respect and professionalism.
7. Liability Waiver
You understand that trail work and outdoor activities carry inherent risks. You assume responsibility for your own safety and release RFMBA and affiliated organizations from liability for injuries sustained during volunteer activities.
8. Account Termination
RFMBA reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the Trail Agent platform.
